The prices are quoted on the basis of a weekly rate for rent only. They include, gas and water charges - telephone and electricity will be chargeable (meter will be read on departure). Bookings are for full weeks commencing on the dates as shown on the price-list above (Saturday arrival/departure) Whilst we prefer two-week rentals, for one-week rentals there is a £100 supplement to cover extra cleaning/checking in and out. Longer lets may be available. Security Deposit: We ask for a deposit of £850 which covers damage, breakages and charges for telephone calls and electricity. This deposit will be returned to you less any charges within seven days of your return. (You will receive an itemised bill of any telephone charges, and electricity used.) Payments: A completed and signed booking form should be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental to confirm a provisional booking. The balance plus Security Deposit must be received at least eight weeks before your arrival date unless we have received a written cancellation from you. If bookings are made within eight weeks of departure date, full payment is required. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, once you have paid a deposit or full balance, you must write a letter to us, signed by the person who originally signed the booking form. If we are unable to re-let the villa, then charges to cover the estimated losses will be as follows: More than 60 days - Deposit in full Liability/ Insurance: The property owner shall not be responsible for death, or personal injury, medical expenses, or forfeited deposits of any member of the party, or of any other person at the property, unless this results from the proven negligence of the owner. We strongly recommend that you and all members of the party purchase comprehensive travel insurance against these risks. Children: We are happy to accept children but please make sure they are supervised when using the swimming pool. Arrival/Departure: Would you please arrive at the villa after 4 p.m. on the first day of your holiday, and to leave by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. This is to allow plenty of time for the villa to be cleaned and prepared for the incoming tenant. We would ask that you leave the villa as clean as you would expect to find it. Household linen bath and pool towels are provided
